  You go in and fill out the billing paperwork and they send there bill to an address you haven't lived in in over 17 years and when you call to pay them you cannot speak to a real person to get a receipt. Complete failure. So I called to find out where my receipt for the payment is and of course they had not mailed it yet, I was told it would be mailed out. I have called the phone number now 2x and have yet to receive a call from a representative. Still waiting on them to call me back.... It doesn't happen. And still waiting !!

  Dr. Rodenberg is fabulous! I came to him with issues outside of his scope of familiarity; he has been nothing short of amazing in his efforts to not only repair my body rapidly, but strategically repair it in a way that results in minimal scarring. He has been super accommodating in fitting me into his schedule last minute and I can’t recommend his care enough. Thank you Dr. Rodenberg!

  If you were referred here I would look around for more options. Don’t expect to see your surgeon ever again after the procedure. Any post OP appointments will be handled by a PA. They will say you are covered for any complications up to 90 days after surgery. This is a lie. I speak from experience. I had my gallbladder removed by one of their Surgeons. Everything was fine after surgery until about two months after when I started experiencing mild abdominal pain around where my gallbladder used to sit. Made a post OP appointment as I was within the 90 days. The PA could not tell me exactly why I was experiencing this dull pain and suggested an ultrasound to get a better look. It was clear the nurses nor the PA actually listened or took me seriously as after my visit my written report claimed “unspecified abdominal pain.” As my ultra sound date approached I got a call from the screening facility claiming the bill for this would be 604$. This all to say, put your money toward a facility that will actually care about you. Where you won’t be talking to a Physicians Assistant after the surgery. Where they won’t tell you complications after surgery will be covered and then send you to an outpatient facility not covered by your insurance.

  I was assigned Dr. Pabon and his PA Zach at the hospital. I have nothing but great things to say about them both; exceeded my expectations! They truly care and have your best interest at heart. A huge thank you (seriously so grateful) and the extra mile you (and your staff) go to build a rapport with your patients!
