- TLTim LangNov 22, 20231.0You go in and fill out the billing paperwork and they send there bill to an address you haven't lived in in over 17 years and when you call to pay them you cannot speak to a real person to get a receipt. Complete failure. So I called to find out where my receipt for the payment is and of course they had not mailed it yet, I was told it would be mailed out. I have called the phone number now 2x and have yet to receive a call from a representative. Still waiting on them to call me back.... It doesn't happen. And still waiting !!
