  Checked in with friendly receptionist. Just few minutes later called back. Diagnosis was quick n explained amplify. Good experience.

  I was able to get a quicker appointment w/ Dr Smith for my 95yr old mom (with dementia) rather than her regular dermatologist in the practice. We had a less than 5 minute wait time before being called back, which was the first positive aspect of the visit! Dr Smith was so very kind & gentle with my mom!! According to Mom, she "didn't feel it at all"! She had a growth on her scalp that he cut off for biopsy which required lots of numbing first. After the initial needle stick for the numbing (which he did so slowly & gentle!!!), she had no discomfort at all. Dr Smith even knelt down to speak to Mom (sitting in a wheelchair) at her level, so she could hear him. Jackie, his nurse, was absolutely awesome in all regards. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant/positive experience with the staff at this visit, including the receptionists. Due to Dr Smith's gentleness & kindness to my Mom, as well as information given to me re: the suspected skin cancer lesion, any future appointments will be with him!!

  Dr. Moye is amazing, friendly and professional. Her staff are friendly and kind. Great place!!!

  Waited over an hour to be seen!! I had seen Doctor Stewart before so that is why I came back. Unfortunately, if it had been after a certain amount of time you are considered a new patient??! Had a suspicious spot removed which took all of 2 minutes to numb it and scrape it off! Received a bill for $500 with insurance!! $260 new patient fee!! (Which I was not new.) $350 to scrape off the small spot!! Without insurance would been $157.50 when I asked why wasn't I given a choice on how I could pay I was told by Lonnie in billing that it was illegal for her to tell me that. How about it should be illegal what they are charging people! I've called around other places and they couldn't believe what I was being charged!! I should be able to be a self pay! Will be reporting to the attorney general and BBB!

  With the good there is always bad. I went in needing a procedure but dr kowalski wanted me to go thru injections and creams instead of removing the problem. When i refused, he stated he would do the procedure and assured me that if he did it his way instead of my preference it would have better results. Well, needles to say the area is worse now and his advice is to keep paying for injections and creams andfor the rest of life. They are all about milking people for money. Money is in the treatment, not the cure and that was proven by dr kowalski and Lisa jones (office manager)
