Do not go to this hospital for emergency care unless you are ready to give up on life. And please do not take a child there as they won’t have necessary medical items to fit them. The staff does not have a caring nature at all and certainly was not at the top of their graduating class. If there to visit a loved one, you must remain outside in the cold in January to become ill yourself as you are not permitted to be in the waiting room for even a minute. Please note this waiting are is very large with many chairs and as I have seen for myself has only contained 3-4 possible patience waiting to be seen and this was even over a weekend. I am utterly disgusted with this place.

My mom was there for a week and in a week my mom declined so bad due to a lack of care and dismissing family concerns and need with caring for my mom. I will never forgive them for the lack of care, compassion, and communication to treat my mother and not providing care that was detrimental for her condition. She is not doing well at all and it really has been a traumatizing event.

After my visit I found out I have the flu. Did want to point out, I am concerned about the accuracy and professionalism of the triage documentation completed by Nurse Laura E. The notes appear to rely heavily on subjective interpretation rather than an objective reflection of my reported symptoms. At the time of triage, I was still experiencing severe symptoms. Generalized body pain, weakness, and significant physical discomfort. The description stating that I “seemed very nervous” is dismissive and does not appropriately account for the level of pain, distress, and illness I was experiencing. Any visible discomfort was a direct result of my symptoms, not anxiety. Clinical documentation should accurately and neutrally reflect a patient’s condition without minimizing symptoms or assigning subjective characterizations that may misrepresent the clinical picture. I found the wording in these notes unprofessional and not reflective of the severity of my condition at the time of presentation. I respectfully request that greater care be taken to ensure patient-reported symptoms are documented objectively and thoroughly, without unnecessary personal interpretation.

If I could base my review off of the taste of their food in the cone cafe or the doctors who saved my son's life , I say about 10 stars plus ALL DAY LONG!!! HOWEVER, Their customer service is absolutely disgusting, one cafe lady was making fun of one of her customers right in front of me !!!! NOT COOL!!!! BUT, My sons doctor is amazing and so was the food ! I ate chicken Alfredo Sunday night and pancakes and bacon egg and cheese on toast the next morning. ( The morning is when the lady was making fun of the customer in front of me)😨😱 Over all, I recommend that hospital over just about any other hospital. My son is making a full recovery again and my belly is happy 😁.
