  The reviews on here aren’t that great but I took a chance. Last night I chipped my tooth and I was really worried that I wouldn’t be able to find someone to fit me in. So, after calling almost every dental office in Burlington...one office recommended Anne Elizabeth and gave me their number. I called and they said they accepted my insurance. I asked them was there any way they could squeeze me in. It was 9:08am. She said if I could get there no later than 9:30 they could fit me in. Luckily I live on the same road and got there with 10 minutes to spare. Everyone was really nice. The receptionist was nice. Met an older lady there for an appointment named Wanda...she was really nice. The dental assistant/hygienist made me feel real comfortable and the dentist was nice. She couldn’t work on my tooth right away bc she had a root canal scheduled for 10:30. So, the receptionist said that she would call me at 12 to fit me in right after bc my job was throwing me a baby shower at 2. She called me a few minutes before 12 and told me to come in. The dentist was a little behind bc she got behind with the root canal, but I have no complaints bc they did me a favor. The dentist still got me out of there in a timely manner. I was finished a few minutes after 1pm and my tooth looks great. Can’t even tell I ever chipped it.

  I'm on the fence with this office really. One of the dentists told my husband he had a cavity. He went this morning for his filling, only to learn that he didn't have a cavity. So I'm like, ok? At the same time, I went with him to have my teeth cleaned and had a great experience. Her name was Olivia and she was AWESOME! The doctor came in for the final exam and found a tooth in the back he said needed to be filled. I made an appointment but will likely get a 2nd opinion between now and then.

  My daughter's experience there: I was looking forward to some more "me time" at the dentist (Anne Elizabeth Family Dentist). So after finding a baby sitter for all 3 kids and driving 35 minutes to the dentist they tell me that they took me off the books because I verbally didn't confirm my appointment by phone. What!?!?! I was there last week and made the appointment!! I admit I have been having trouble with my cell phone service and didn't get the call. I asked if they tried to contact me any other way. They said they are starting to contact patients by email as of TODAY. I asked if there was anyway to squeeze me in. They said in a very robotic tone "no, that is their policy" I was like WHAT?!?! No grace, no remorse, no try to smooth things over? Well see ya Starbucks coffee serving, poshy, flu flu dentist. Guess you don't care enough about my business to even try. Anybody recommend a good dentist that will let YOU cancel the appointment not them cancel on you without notice?
