- VWVicki WinslowJul 12, 20245.0Brookdale has a comfortable, home-like facility and (best of all) amazing, thoughtful staff. My mom's adjustment to living there went very smoothly. She has regained mobility, made new friends, and is becoming more engaged and at home there by the day. Her spirits are up, and I believe the environment at Brookdale has improved her life immeasurably.

I have taken pictures of each time I go there and have seen a big decline in the care that my friend has received. all of the good nurses are gone. she sits in her room in soiled underwear and has not had a bath at all this week. she has been 3 days without her meds bc the med nurse "can not get her to take it". Noone cares. Chris an director's are a joke. I have reported pics and other things this morning to proper authorities
