- HMHayes MoniqueApr 3, 20255.0My family physician of nearly 30 years recently joined this practice. Her name is Rafaela Aguilar. It took me a few weeks to track her down because the practice she left wouldn't tell where she went. They said they weren't allowed! Thanks to Google, I found her!!!! I went for my first visit in this location that is new for us both, and I LOVE it! My adult daughter who has also been her patient since childhood made herself an appointment while I was there!!! We love her!!! She's the best!!! She's thoughtful, compassionate, thorough, respectful, professional, and just all together AWESOME!!! She's not always happy with her experiences with healthcare, but she's really happy with everyone she has encountered at this facility, and the care she has been receiving from Amber Howard. It could not be closer to the Reedy Fork neighborhood, which is great because she can drive herself there without getting on the highway. At this point, as a family, we have been to probably 7 different Cone Health locations. We're really happy with all of them! MyChart has been great for scheduling and recordkeeping.
- DDDianaDec 17, 20215.0Dr. Pickard is the best. He is very attentive and answers your questions. I have had to switch doctors and I compare how long does it takes for staff to return calls, how long do they call you back with your test results- I can say his nurse is the best!
