Jennifer is kind and understating but sent my hernia referral to a surgeon who had literally 3 star rating online and bad reviews! Dr Royer couldn’t see red spots all over my chest he said nothing is there so I had the nurse look and she said she saw them! He brushed it off then was awkward but clearly he needs better glasses or lighting! How can you diagnose someone correctly if you can’t even see the issue. Then His nurse a week later told me he said ALL my labs were fine over the phone but when I looked at them online the lab hadn’t done more then half of them because the blood wasn’t done right and it clotted too soon. I called the nurse back and said don’t you think we should do the rest of the labs so we actually know they are all ok and she said I guess we could! You think?! sigh. how can you reassure someone their blood work is ok not having all the tests! after that I left the practice as there was other issues during my years there I don’t even have time to list! The practice is now preparing to only treat Medicare patients and I hope they don’t miss things and take advantage of these elderly patients! beware!
