- MJMegan JoyceDec 17, 20253.0Wonderful people work there and they will go out of their way to help you and I love the glasses that I got but there is no optometrist onsite. I didn't even know there wasn't an optometrist until a virtual doctor sent my prescription back. When it was brought to my attention that I wouldn't be seeing a doctor, they offered to throw everything out so I could go to a different place but I still got the glasses. And I see much better now so I'm happy about the glasses but not once did I ever read in any paperwork that I wouldn't be seeing an optometrist. I wouldn't have come if I had known there was no optometrist. I enjoyed working with the staff and they are awesome but I just wasn't comfortable asking certain questions.

Although some visits I have to wait a bit to be seen, I have found the wait is always worth it. The employees are friendly and helpful. They take the time with each customer to ensure the correct lenses, best prices and quality service is provided each time. Damian Rivera, Brand Manager, is always professional, kind, and extremely helpful in resolving issues and providing top-notch customer care. Highly recommend as a local, affordable option!
- KSK SchroekDec 13, 20254.0If you’re confident that your eye health is good, this is an inexpensive way to have your vision tested for glasses and contacts. I was not prepared for the type of service they provide. The skillset seemed to be checking you in, setting you up on machines, and sales. There is no optometrist on staff to interpret the multiple eye tests they perform. So I have no idea what the results were. There’s a virtual “doctor” that does the standard “which line is clearer” sort of thing. I’ll probably alternate years with somewhere that has a live optometrist. .

No real human interaction but the customer service representative they put on a screen to go over basics. I’ve never felt so disconnected from my own health and to end up with the wrong prescription and migraines every day because of it. This office put me in a position nobody wants to be. Deprived of money and my eyesight. What else do I have to sacrifice to be able to SEE??? Maybe if an actual doctor seen me, spoke with me about my eye history, checked them throughly.. I’d never recommend a telehealth version of an eye exam to anyone. I don’t recommend this office at all. They are a quick fix and don’t care whether you can see past their front door or not.
