I called before my appointment to ask for an ultrasound, I clearly expressed I DID NOT want an invasive exam. They said it shouldn't be a problem but made no guarantees. When I got there the assistance said I probably wouldn't have to undress. After waiting alone for 2 hours the doctor performed an invasive exam only to order me the ultrasound I had originally requested. Disappointing and slightly traumatizing. Though the staff was very kind the communication was unclear and the wait times are unacceptable.
