First of all, my doctor is great. He is a smart doctor--very kind, patient, and doesn't make me feel inferior when I ask questions. That being said, I have continuously had issues with the office staff. Sometimes I don't even bother calling because they will either not answer the phone, or they will put you on hold for so long that the line gets cut (this once happened to me three times in a row!). It is also incredibly difficult to get a refill called in on my prescriptions. I will call to have my medicine refilled, my pharmacy will also call to get a refill, and it sometimes takes multiple attempts before there is success. I'm not sure if they need to hire more people, or just simply be better at their jobs...but it has me seriously considering if I should be switching to a different practice.

I called to speak with billing and she was extremely rude and not helpful at all. No patient should be treated in that manner when clearly there was an issue. It left our family feeling like we've been taken advantage of. We did not get resolution on this matter and we feel as if they could care less about the issue we brought it. Horrible client services and rude customer care.
