I sent several messages via their online portal. Today I got a chance to call and they advised it had been 3 years since she was seen as of 9/13/19 and they are not taking any new patients! Really??? If you would have responded to my online request on 9/9/19 she would be fine! Why even have an online portal if you ignore it? They also refused to see me because I had to cancel an appointment due to it conflicted with my radiation schedule! Yes was going through breast cancer treatment and they got made i could not come to a follow up because I felt my cancer treatment was more important.
