  Would give zero stars if possible. Had a failed DNC in the Helena location. Was in and out of the hospital for a week.. came back for my second DNC from the doctor this time was Sam (male) and although I stressed to them how much trauma I had already been through and how much pain I was in from all the prior procedures and transvaginal imaging. And while they were doing my ultrasound, a nurse named Pam continuously, uncovered me and my intimate parts over and over again, with 3 other people in the room including the male doctor.. even though I kept pulling the blanket up, and she kept pulling the sheet down to almost to my knees to expose me, which I said I was very uncomfortable with; once the procedure happened, I couldn’t feel the sedation very well at all, and it was super excruciatingly painful and I was crying my eyes out and bawling because of the pain and the stress and the male doctor Sam told me that I needed to quiet down and stop crying because there was other patients in the waiting room that it might scare. If I had known that the only way to get the procedure was to not be able to cry at all whatsoever without getting yelled at I would have never gone to plan parenthood. And the way they downplayed everything that happened while I’m bawling my eyes out after telling me how rare this was and that they never see it and that they understand how much stress this has been for me this whole week. It was the worst medical experience of my life, and I left bawling my eyes out and even after asking why I wasn’t allowed to cry in my procedure room, they still said that it was because other patients might hear. Which I think is completely insane to me. Made my stress a million times worse after one of the most stressful medical events/emergencies I’ve been through. This place does not care about you and the male doctor sam, I wouldn’t recommend to my worst female enemy. Absolutely heartbreaking experience.
