- HMHannah MaesSep 14, 20255.0I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I needed my IUD replaced and I'm from out of state (recently moved to MT), so I really had no idea where to go. I couldn't find any reviews regarding this procedure, so I chose Planned Parenthood with the hopes that they are well known and therefore have a lot riding on their reputation. First off, the gal at the front desk, Devon (sp?) was extremely patient, kind, and informative; she never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions, not even for a second. Alyssa is the woman who did the procedure, and she was thorough, clear, patient, and gentle the entire time. Additionally, she had a calming and confident presence, which helps the energy of the whole thing a lot. I was even given a juice box afterwards, which was such a nice, thoughtful gesture of them after getting my uterus probed, lol. All in all, I cannot recommend this practice enough 🙂

Very nonjudgmental, educated, clean, and welcoming. All things good can be found here, some of the kindest people I’ve met.
