Unbelievable how humans choose how to not help others. I’m a registered nurse, and I help advocate for patients everyday, and Safeway doesn’t care to give me a FAX number for my refill.

When I got there they hadn't even tried to fill the prescription and told me it would take another hour to fill it. After another hour went by I went up to see if it was ready and they said that they didn't carry a generic of the prescription and asked if I still wanted it filled. I said yes again and they told me it would take another hour to fill it. So it took the pharmacy THREE hours to fill a prescription that was just a prefilled antibiotic eye drop. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I would recommend going to the Shopko pharmacy instead
