Horrendous experience with the woman (she wasn't wearing a name tag but the reciept says Karla) checking us out for the prescriptions. She was so rude and unhelpful. If you have trouble with your insurance she will ensure it was your fault and not the insurances fault or their fault for filling the wrong prescription. She will be incredibly rude to you and ensure you will never come back to this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is horrible. If you are new to town and looking for a place to fill scripts don’t use this place.

I don’t really do reviews but I think after reading some of the previous reviews, some of them aren’t really fair. I’ve been coming here for years and so has my partner. So first off, Josh's answers to my questions about my prescription really demonstrated his clear understanding of the medication and its potential interactions. He was also incredibly helpful when recommending what I could talk about with my primary. It’s frustrating how difficult it is to talk to your primary in Bozeman for smaller questions and it’s nice to be able to ask the pharmacists here. I also want to give a shout-out to Chris, who had a lot of knowledge about insurance and GoodRx. Chris literally was able to save hundreds of dollars on my medication. They also were able to fill my prescription pretty quickly because I had a flight to catch 😵‍💫. I was worried it was too last minute. They’re definitely one of the more helpful techs I’ve ever had. I understand that this pharmacy is constantly busy due to the influx of tourists, and being understaffed, I wanted to express my appreciation for the entire team. Despite the growing pains of bozeman right now, they work tirelessly to serve everyone efficiently as they can. I don’t mind some of the bluntness that comes from this. Their dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed. Pharmacy and healthcare is not fast food.
