I will never EVER go here again if I can help it at all. I’ve also asked my husband to have his doctors set him up with another company if he needs any imaging procedures in the future (which he will). I don’t ever want to financially contribute to a place like this again in any way whatsoever!
This was my 1st & hopefully ONLY visit to this extremely toxic non friendly non helpful environment. If you’ve never been here & you are scheduled for any procedure with them, here’s a couple things you might want to know (because they sure failed to tell me this yesterday afternoon at 4:16 when they left a message for me to be here at 8:45 the next morning (which I was):
1). If you don’t receive your voicemail until after 5pm, just know you Can still call them. They often work late so there is someone who you can talk to even after 5pm (Why they don’t feel like this is important enough to tell you when they leave a voicemail so late in the day and you’ve NEVER been here before is beyond my comprehension, but JUST KNOW IT because this company is Never wrong, And it’s Always the customers fault!). 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
2). If they say they have important info about your upcoming visit: this is code for you have a rather large copay that you’ll need to pay or you’ll have to reschedule if you can’t come up with it within the next 14 hrs or so. It does NOT matter one bit to them you pay your bills, (verified with my husband’s account that has a zero balance with these jokers). This is also irregardless of the amount of $ they’ll get from your insurance company paying them for a procedure. This is all about what you owe them and if you can’t come up with at least 1/2 of it, you won’t get service this day. This is also irregardless of how long you’ve had your appointment set for said procedure & how they could’ve told you much sooner. Remember: it’s not their fault. It’s yours. “They did their part when they called you” (the day before, just before closing time), & it’s also not their fault you didn’t answer your phone. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
I cannot say how the back part, (the professional ones who actually perform the procedures) are because I didn’t get this far. But it’s probably for the best because I can’t get past what I witnessed today when I first walked in the door, another woman very frustrated & cursing with f bombs because of her appointment time & I noticed the front desk crew did nothing to try to calm her down. (They are in the right, not the customer). Nor can I get past the way I was made to feel simply because I wasn’t aware of a large copay I would have to have today & the way a nosy busy body jumped into and took over the conversation from the woman I was dealing with just to be argumentative with me. No, it doesn’t matter that I do pay my bills. I suppose I could give them an additional star because after I left this place & calmed down from the shock of their audacity and discovering how toxic this place is, I realized it’s ok because I will be speaking with My doctor who referred me to them because #1 she needs to stop referring her patients to this place because I know she cares about them.
#2 Turns out I don’t even need this because I just had one of these done at the hospital last month and the doctor there said my lungs are fine. So she can see this one that’s less than a month old. 😎
So I suppose everything does happen for a reason because I now don’t have to throw $ away for something I don’t even need, But most importantly, I know where I will NOT be going when I do need an(y) imaging procedure in the future. 😎🤷🏻♀️
