When the tech checked my vision she never could get the machine correctly placed so I saw 2 lines each time. It was blurry never corrected . Then an older tech came in very rudely help the younger tech & them she said to me “ you can’t be helped or you aren’t telling the truth about what you see” I have worn glasses since I was 10 yrs old & I am 81 now. I know how the vision test should be done. Thus bothered me a lot. Thus older tech is rude every time I see her. No name tags so how would I know the name!?!!

Charged $50 fee for refraction that insurance would not cover before we ever left the check out desk. Told to come back for follow up in December which we did . Asked to pay another $50 for a refraction. Wasn’t given a prescription for glasses but told to come back again in March for a laser treatment. Why keep charging $50 for uncovered refraction . They do not tell you this before you have it done either. Just try to make next appointment and demanding $50. No wonder they have such a nice building. I suspect they do this repeatedly to every patient. Absurd!!
