- LWLeslie Waaga4 days ago1.0My daughter was a patient here for 7 months, did accutane treatment. They stopped taking her insurance so I self payed the entire time. The front desk doesn’t know how to take payments or make appointments, very rude. Literal worst experience at a provider we have ever had. Doctor was fine, but everybody else was a nightmare. Also issues with billing and everybody saying a different price for literally everything. So glad her accutane treatment is over so we don’t ever have to deal with these people again! Oh and it didn’t work, so she still has acne and I’m out over a grand.

As I got closer to my appointment I called to confirm the overall price. The receptionist looked at what I signed up for and told me it was $165. I confirmed that I would owe $115 at visit and she said yes. To my surprise, as I checked out, I had to pay $250 more. This put a distaste in my mouth and unfortunately, I have to say, I would not return to the facility. I’m just not in favor of drastic contradictions such as that.

She answers all of my questions and is very knowledgeable! She listens carefully as I explain my concerns. She calms my fears! She apologizes in advance for any discomfort as she prepares to administer freezing a spot. I really appreciate that! She has such a cheerful attitude always, positive and uplifting. She takes time with me! I can't imagine having anyone else but her! My daughter goes to her now, and she is very impressed and loves her, too! Helen Dunn
