  After two years of overlooking the absolutely terrible service I am done. Their “system has been down” for at least a year and a half of the two I have shopped here. They never honor e mail coupons i receive from GNC. Say that must be a corporate thing. Today is franchise day. I came to see if they would take the 25% off coupon. Guess I’ll have to come back. Google says they are open but the door is locked. No wonder franchise stores are closing left and right. Avoid this place!

  Purchased a GNC protein product that I later realized contained sucralose...which I cannot consume. I called the store and was told I could return it for a refund even though I no longer had the receipt and was not a GNC "member". Went in the following day and was told that was not true and I was told I would be refunded $8 on a product I purchased for $26. They refused to look the purchase up by my debit card I used to make the purchase. Both employees were rude and anything but helpful. This is a common occurrence at this location. I will not make the mistake of spending my money there again.
