- SCStefanie CombsMay 22, 20251.0Was seen by dental hygienist 1x ( last yr April) & WILL NOT go back. She wasn't gentle at all, no good bedside manner and started a deep cleaning tht I never even asked for/didn't tell me bout it til she was already doing it. Website is inaccurate. Times & days open & available are wrong. I was told tht I couldn't get a copy of my dental xrays due to them being a yr old. They need to realize tht not all insurances will cover xrays to be done each yr. They should know this much! Not impressed at all! Terrible experience & terrible service!!

But staff doesn't call your insurance to make sure the procedure you may need is covered and then your out of pocket for this. Front billing has it pretty easy as this isn't part of their job. So please beware if your having major work done.
- NLNick LJul 20, 20175.0Crossroads Dental is an excellent office - great dentists, great staff and friendly atmosphere. NOT to be confused with "My Crossroads Dentist" down the street - I don't know anything about them except they should have chosen a different name.
