Elizabeth office worker who hiring caregivers was unprofessional at interview, and wasted my time ,I would advice to the supervisor of the company to pay attention who they hiring for work with employees, I have an experience 10+ and recommendation letter from big companies, I was interested only at part time and explained my hours before through email, she requested from me minimum 3 available days and was cutting me when I was trying to explain if it will be permanent client then I'm ready to move from one company to another for what she answered to me : we can't promise because client can die tommorow (high level of unprofessional respond) We all know specific of our job and circumstances what might happening during working with any cases ,but when you hire people that professional way to promise to get some stability in a company for people would want to stay with this company, home care companies has a lot of competition especially at Saint Louis , , ,the manual goal of the company to hire professional employee with big professional experience and especially who has a recommendations letters ,would say big lost and would be happy if my review will noticed the owner or CEO of the company , big lost not to hire person with big experience, who working with hospice clients and high profile elite of Saint Louis for a years. I would say that not upset me,that surprised me how such a big company hired to work with employees unprofessional person !

Thekey has done a fantastic job of empowering my loved one and showing them that they still have autonomy to make choices and that “there are still good people in the world.” Growing old makes people feel vulnerable and Sarah and the staff at ThenKey are great at communicating and educating about services and resources.

Home Care Assistance is a professional and caring organization that excels in providing top level care to their clients. I recommend contacting Carrie Burggraf at Home Care Assistance to discuss the care you or your family member needs. She has the experience and medical knowledge to recommend the appropriate care and services that are needed. Carrie and Home Care Assistance is highly regarding in the St. Louis area by other long term care providers and professionals.
