I was given a date and time for the appointment at the Tesson Ferry location. I provided my health insurance info to the call taker over the phone at the time of setting up his appointment. On the day of his appointment, I took him out of school and headed to the office. We arrived 30 minutes early and the receptionist could not access her computer because the system was down. She stated she could make a call to confirm the appointment (I'm guessing to another location or central office)? I was then told that there was no appointment scheduled and if I would like to set one up. After questioning the situation, I was told there was nothing and my son could not be scene at this time. The incompetence of someone caused your business to loose service. No thank you! I will find another business that actually sets appointments when requested. Nothing makes me more upset than taking my son out of school during a school day missing work for nothing.
