- TBTabitha Borghardt3 days ago5.0Had Lasik done yesterday, 1/8/26 at LasikPlus, Creve Coeur, MO. It was my birthday present to myself! I don't it regret one bit! Every person encountered was super friendly, and made me feel comfortable, I was a little nervous. Dr. Gaines did my consult and she was fabulous to talk with. My surgeon was Dr. Ellis and he could tell I was nervous, and asked if I wanted a stress ball during the procedure and then talked to me through the whole process, which lasted MAYBE 10 minutes. My husband stood outside the room and could watch the whole thing. I could immediately see a difference as soon as I sat up off the table. Everything was hazy but I could see! Had my followup this morning and while still hazy (normal due to swelling and will resolve in a couple days), I had 20/20 Vision!!! Definitely recommend the procedure and the doctors at LasikPlus!

It literally took about 15 minutes total for the procedure.. Dr. Dean Ellis and his staff were so great. Everything went 100% according to plan. 6 days later he had his follow up appointment and his vision is 20/20...No more glasses or contacts. He is absolutely psyched!!! Thanks everybody!!!

I did a virtual consultation and was able to schedule the eye exam and procedure for the same day, then went back the following business day for a check up. 2 visits and that’s all, besides following up with the doc within the year. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable- they explained what to expect and made sure all questions were answered.
