- DCDebbie CunninghamMay 21, 20251.0If I could leave less than one star I would this particular company reached out to me on care.com. I spoke with them we set up a meeting. I drove two hours to meet them at my mother‘s house. 30 minutes prior to the appointment they call and tell me they’ll be unable to make it. i’m not gonna get into the personal details of why they said. But it was very disappointing. I was told they would call me later that day and make it to me as soon as they could after four voicemails I’ve left. They never contacted me back. A week later I was contacted and assured that this is not the way they run their company and they would reach back out to me when things settled down for them in a week or so. I was also told that they already had the caregivers picked out after telling me of their personal situation. I told them I would pray for them. I was very gracious about what happened. Now, three weeks later, I’ve not heard a word from them . I spoke with staff member yesterday told him who I was and was assured I would receive a phone call back after three hours of waiting. I called the company back. It just kept going to an answering machine. I called and left a message for the owner who is the one that I’ve been dealing with all this timeno answer not picking up their phone. I just want to say this is very unprofessional. It put us in a huge bind thinking we had caregiving set up. I would think twice before you deal with this company.
