- SLSam LucasDec 23, 20252.0First started going here as a member then became an employee, then back to member. Honestly this gym used to be great. But it’s so evident that as soon as they decided to open the cottleville location they stopped caring about this one. Equipment constantly down, takes weeks to months to get replaced. I had come back to the gym after being gone for a year or so. The divider between the urinals in the gym was missing. 6 months later it wasn’t replaced. Men’s sauna was down for literal months, 3-5 piece of cardio down most times, cracked leather, loose seats, old rusty/squeaky attachments, the list goes on. The owners and GM- soon to be former gm didn’t even use them gym so they were out of touch with the operations of it. They’ll fix stuff after you post it on your instagram story though, but cancel your membership if you criticize them too much, then claim they won’t know anything is wrong if nobody tells them. They’ve slowly taken away any member amenities in hope of increasing profits, instead of investing in their buisness, it’s rather sad. But they’d make sure to add new booty builder equipment for the girls;) The gym was always a product of the employees- most of which only make minimum wage even after being there for years. The owners are incredibly lucky that their employees are good enough to draw new employees in. And to the owners, take accountability for your own gym. Don’t go blaming your under paid employees for your downfalls as business owners.

Has equipment for all experience levels and different types of lifting styles all under one roof. Whenever I visit the area again I’ll be back!
