I dont like having to use my cell phone for any establishments check in process without my permission. My wait time before I went to the back was 2.5 hours, and I was there for drug testing and DOT. All that just to stand, stoop, squeeze a finger, in and exhale? I was even bothered that a pregnant woman was there when I walked in, enduring the same uncomfortable seating as me and she was there when I left. One physician is unacceptable! Its always in the urban communities where this crap is tolerated! Get more creative to eliminate the long wait. Those of us who are just coming to drop a urine sample should be in and out regardless of scheduled appointments. It was all most standing room, AND ON A MONDAY! However, the staff was okay, not friendly just eh. The place was clean. Thank goodness the TV served as pass time entertainment. My phone died being there for so long that I couldn't "sign off" to get my parting papers. Therefore, they had to scramble a bit to find the proof, and print. Two stars for the wait, and those ridiculously uncomfortable chairs! Geesh!
