She was rude and snippy from the start. She had a hissy fit because she had to enter my info, it didn't come up on the computer. Then she couldn't figure out which tape to seal my sample with, so it was left open and unsecure on the counter for over an hour while I saw the doctor. When I got done with the doctor the rude person had two vials sealed . I never saw her transfer my piss from the cup I was given into the vials. I told her that that it never happened to me before and that I wasn't happy about it she said she could dump those samples and I could give a new sample after I'd already been there for 2 hours I just wanted to get the hell out of there and never come back so I went ahead and signed them. It was awful I was so worried that my sample had been tampered with or mixed up but I didn't want to wait 2 hours for me to be able to pee again just rude if you're having a bad day go home don't take it out on your customers
