- AMAngela Miller1 day ago1.0I don’t understand why they put the word “Urgent “ in the name of this place. There is no sense of urgency at all in the work ethic of this location , or any location for that matter. The only time I ever get sent to a Concentra is for employment drug screen and physical so I do not voluntarily choose this place of business. I was the only person in the waiting area when I entered and it still took an hour to bring me back. Once I was put in the exam room, I listened to staff have personal conversations for over an hour and a half through the door before thr doctor came in to do her 10 minute exam. The doctor sensed I was upset and said I had no idea the amount of work that takes place behind the scenes. I work in healthcare so I do in fact know and I can tell you, that is not work, it’s just laziness. The drug screen portion took longer than needed because the gal administering it, did not know what to do and had to leave to go ask for help 3 times. I finally called my company to have them call to aid them so I could get out of there. My total time there was 3 1/2 hours for literally 30 minutes worth of testing/exam.

I prefer not to go near the one near Riverview is the one I’m talking about they treat you like your inmate and they’re the warden. This Concentra on the other hand treat you like a client and as everything they can To get you in and out and taking care of
