- CGCynthia GillardiNov 10, 20254.0The facility was not crowded at the time that I arrived. I was greeted very nicely by 2 very nice and knowledgeable women who assisted with my registration. I was there for a pre-employment drug screen test and I was called back for the test in only 5 minutes after completing my registration. The person that explained the drug test procedure was knowledgeable and explained everything but she spoke in a monotone voice and no matter how friendly I tried to be she never made eye contact and spoke only in her monotone voice. It would have been a more comfortable situation if the collection person was more interactive with the client, and friendlier to the client. Overalll though, my experience at Concentra on Market Street was a good experience, the front desk staff was wonderful, there was virtually no wait time and the testing person knew exactly what they were doing. I would go there again if I need more testing or an Urgent Care visit.

When asking for a different nurse/doctor to do the test correctly (swab my THROAT, not my middle cheek), was told I had already been discharged and to perform the test correctly I would be charged for a second visit. Sent away with cough meds and no help.
