I am now sitting here waiting for 40 minutes and I haven’t seen the dr just to for him to tell me I am good and we can close this case.

Follow ups have been a little slower as far as the wait times but nothing crazy and I never feel like the staff is rushing me out. They ask good questions and do thorough follow up which takes time of course. Was being seen for a workplace injury. Also have been great about what to expect what the benchmarks are for discharge from care.

I waited over 2 and a half hours and wasn't seen. Then the next morning, at 8:00am, I was seen, but the tests were incorrect and had to wait longer. Didn't leave until 9:30am. Not efficient.
