They have someone wearing a white coat and the Name tag says salesman who does the exam?!?!? 😡🤬🤬😡 they're way over priced for glasses and if you take the prescription to a different place to get the glasses, they act like you're stupid. Then the people who read the exam to make the glasses was like, "you sure this perception is correct"? Now i know why they asked, the glasses came in and after trying 2 different glasses and neither one work, now i know why they asked if the perception was right. I've used this facility twice , and both times the perception is trash and i can't wear the glasses. I'm a truck driver and these idiots are the only ones open on Saturday so I'll have to take a day off work to go to a professional eye DR.

When it was finally my turn they told me they did not do diabetic eye exams and that the call center they use that I got ahold of did not know what they were talking about and aren't that smart. They should have people who know those kind of things and understand the difference so time is not wasted.

Unable to login (which I’ve never had to before) they told me I could not do my tele eye appointment because they couldn’t verify my benefits. This place is an empty building without doctors that can’t verify insurance. Do not make an appointment and waste your time like I did. Find an actual eye doctor in person and avoid wasting your time. This business could be replaced with an app. :)

- MWMollie WilsonSep 15, 20251.0I was very disappointed in my experience at Stanton. First off, you never even see the doctor- an assistant does everything. I waited over an hour for my exam (that I had an appointment for) and I’m not super confident in the results I got. Even if I got the same results from an eye doctor, their practice of this and lack of explanation of the process made it feel very sketchy. The lack of patient care in communicating the clear delay in my appointment is indicative of the place as a whole- and I really hope the girl who helps me listens to me and finds a job elsewhere. She was super sweet and I guarantee if I was treated so poorly as a patient, she is not being treated well as an employee. It’s a culture issue when it’s an experience like the one I had and that falls on the company as a whole. Won’t make that mistake again- I will be going to a local place in the future.
