I went in thinking they might not even take my insurance, and I was banking on just the $79 offer for a quick replacement; everyone was very polite and informational with the insurance process. I was sold on 3 pairs including my first pair of perscription sunglasses and didn't pay a dime out of pocket! Thank you Dr. P and associate S. for all your help!

- BRBlade RootesDec 17, 20251.0Was directly scammed and put into a crisis by this optometrist center when I was only 17. My partner and I came in for glasses during a promotion and we asked repeatedly about the price. At least four times because my partner has OCD and asks everything four times. We were assured it was only $500 for our glasses per person (*2) ($500 * 2 = $1000). It was a lie. After the appointment was over and we got our glasses, they informed us that they would see us next week for ANOTHER payment of $500 * 2 ($1000). The total cost was a little over double our budget. We had to beg for money and I've been stuck in a crises ever since. I'm 24 now. These people changed my husband and I's life for the worst over a pair of glasses. The glasses were phenomenal but not worth ruining my life over when we could've just been recommended cheaper glasses.
