  My girlfriend came here today and they told her they don’t take her insurance but she qualified for a grant and it should be paid for there she got back there and they told her they could not run one test she wanted cause they don’t except her insurance but they did the other test they could then the other test that she had qualified for they poked her twice to drawl her blood for nothing cause her vains where not producing blood so they did not end up doing the blood test after being poked twice then as we where walking out the lady at the front desk said she thinks she owes her something and my gf said no the lady back there said I don’t owe anything the she said whatever I’ll just hear from it from my boss so rudely! Strongly don’t recommend coming here

  Very helpful and understanding staff. Every time I've gone they've been very nice and informative. The wait times are always super short too

  Horrible medical care for women. Came in with vaginal pain and an STD test and was treated like an animal. The doctors poked my prolapsed bladder and made fun of me and said I was fine. Close its doors, it’s a disgrace to women everywhere.

  I was trying to get a hold of the Springfield office but instead the st Louis office answered and told me they were not affiliated with the Springfield office, couldn't give me the number or anything. I just had a couple questions and I couldn't even get those answered since I wasn't in the st Louis area. What a joke of a place for real, very disappointed.
