She informed me that the technology of the contacts I had been using ever since I started needing corrective lenses, were hugely dated and were damaging my eyes. She explained why and gave me the option of switching to a newer, healthier brand. I had never been told this information before, and was extremely grateful that she took the time to educate me. She was kind, polite, friendly, and professional. I cannot recommend her enough.

I took both daughters in for an exam and they wouldn't let both myself and second child in exam room. I refuse to allow my children to be examined without me and we had to stand in the hall to hear the exam because I couldn't leave second child in the hall alone. This was not okay. My second child could have set on my lap. However, I believe the optometrist did very well. The facilities could use some maintenance, but the bathroom was well cleaned and maintained.

After getting no help from the people upstairs I paid $97 even though my exam is covered by my insurance. After leaving I had to call the manager and get a refund after they noticed I was right. I was even quoted improperly for my lenses and frame because my insurance was not put in properly. The lady helping me downstairs was amazing she tried her best to find the problem and was very helpful.
