After my massage— which was great— I was told that the gift card did in fact expire. This was extremely disappointing and feels misleading. If a gift card says it never expires, customers should be able to trust that. The service itself was good, but the confusion and inconsistency around the gift card policy left a bad impression. Clear, honest communication would go a long way.

I knew a massage wouldn’t 100% cure what was going on but it definitely alleviated 90% of my pain. She was thorough, Professional, super nice, and I felt super comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend Chloe! Will be booking hopefully soon again. For a 90 minute massage only paying $105 is well worth it!!
