But kept confirming my appointment via text till the morning of horrible horrible service. Mean staff. Taking it lightly like i didnt just waste my time and gas to do nothing! Despicable !

I can’t even book the appt online per the online website is either broke or they don’t allow me to make an appt at the only one near me online I have to call! But when I call I’m waiting to talk to some one for literally over 30 mins each time I call so I just end up hanging up and trying to book online. Like this is ridiculous, YALL put this in my arm AND I WANT IT OUT ITS UNCOMFORTABLE AND EXPIRED AND GETTING PAINFUL
- TMTaylor MillerFeb 10, 20222.0The staff is friendly, but oh my God I don't think they could go any slower. I made a 9:40am appointment and didn't get seen by the doctor until after 11 o'clock. This is ridiculous. They need to make less appointments and/or not accept walk ins.
- EEEmilyJul 9, 20183.0This was my first time going in and the lady at the front desk was quite rude at some moments, but the nurse and nurse Practitioner was awesome! I was thinking that I would get a little bit of a lower price for the visit for being unemployed and living on $200 but other than that they were amazing. Expect to wait though.
