Consistently being rushed off the phone as patients try to receive help or ask questions is not the correct manner to make anyone feel comfortable. For me, it was a simple verification of logging into MyChart or what I thought would be simple. I had only spoken to someone a couple of days ago, and this presumably different employee was contradicting what I was told previously. Which is okay, if the other employee was indeed incorrect, I asked if they could make sure to review the phone recording. Just to train the other employee who did not know the correct procedures.
