Leaving positive reviews is not something I usually take the time to do, unless something or someone truly impresses me. I brought in my nervous teen today, to Vision Source Eyecare, for her very first appointment for contacts. I myself, have been in the office before and the staff and doctors have always been polite and helpful. After the exam and the doctor initially placing the contacts in her eyes, we had the pleasure of meeting Joe. Joe was tasked with teaching my teen the skill of taking out contacts and putting them back in. He accomplished this while also leaving me, genuinely, in awe. My teen has anxiety, and if she doesn’t perform to her own high expectations, she is hard on herself. Joe was patient, kind, informative, professional, and a personable. What I found to be most remarkable though, was Joe’s awareness and empathy towards my daughter’s emotions and reactions. I just don’t have the right words to express my gratitude or respect, but Joe said and did everything right to help her remain calm and get through it. In my position, customer experience is everything. Joe, you left an impression today. Absolutely blew me away. Thank you, you are incredible at what you do and how you do it. I can only hope your employer values you, and returns that value to you in every way possible!
