Every phone call that was made and every concern that we had received immediate attention. The entire staff was very knowledgeable of Mom’s needs and worked with us to ensure that she was comfortable and taken care of no matter what. The staff was just a phone call away when we were needing anything for her. The routine house calls were very thorough and all questions and concerns were addressed at each one. They go out of their way to make sure our residents are happy with their visits before they leave. The compassion they show towards the family is with out a doubt wonderful. They follow all the way through the funeral ensuring the family no longer needs them. The aides are amazing going above the call of duty.
