The people, trainers, and atmosphere are so positive at Donovan’s. The workouts are constantly changing so you never get bored. The trainers also will modify exercises for you if you can’t do something yet. They push you to become your best self. I can tell I’m increasing my strength and making my body healthier. I am always excited to go to the gym and do these workouts. This gym and the trainers are exactly what I needed.

I haven't worked out in a long time. Can I do this?
Certainly, you can. Our gym specializes in helping people get back into fitness. Our coaches will create a personalized plan tailored to your abilities, any injuries, and preferences. They provide guidance and accountability to ensure your fitness journey is successful.
Is it group training or personal training?
We offer a unique blend of both. Our workouts are designed for a community of adults with busy schedules, but we customize the experience for each participant. It's essentially a personal training experience within a group setting.
My schedule varies and I don't think I can come at the same time, Is that a problem?
Not at all. We offer flexible scheduling through our gym's mobile app. Members can book sessions that fit their schedule on a first-come, first-served basis. Occasionally, we may suggest specific times to work on individual goals, but generally, you choose when to work out and we'll be ready for you.
How long is a training session?
Each training session lasts 50 minutes from start to finish.
I'm scared I won't fit in! Do you offer private training sessions?
