They continued charging me for three years even though I made multiple attempts to cancel my membership, none of which they ever responded to. It wasn’t until I finally had to file a fraud claim with my bank that they bothered to reach out. On top of that, they sent my account to debt collections for “unpaid membership fees,” even though I hadn’t stepped foot in the gym in years. When I finally got someone on the phone, they assured me that if I paid one month of membership fees, they would delete the debt collection entirely. I agreed and paid it. They did not delete the collection like they promised—only “canceled” it—meaning it is still on my credit report and has already affected my score. They never took responsibility for their lack of communication, their failure to process cancellation requests, or their broken promise to remove the collection. This whole experience has been a nightmare. Unresponsive, misleading, and unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding this gym if you value transparency, communication, or your credit.
