    took hours for a follow up on a TB test that should take less than two minutes. ridiculously unprofessional. i didnt even leave the lobby when they came to look at it.

    The intake staff was wonderful as well as the staff who took care of me while there. Everyone was polite and the place was really clean .

    It was fine but it took longer than I expected, given that the waiting room was nearly empty. I wouldn’t want to be there when it’s crowded. The front desk staff was very nice and efficient but the testing staff member was unfriendly and nearly unresponsive to my attempted communication.
