  Staff were very nice and the receptionist was so sweet! They were also very understanding about me and help me with hrt. Also big note BRING YOUR INSURANCE :3

  Best damn pp ever ever been to! HANDS DOWN! the staff are wonderful and thus is the first time in 10 years, ive left a pp with a huge smile on my face! Keep it up everyone and THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!

  It would have been extremely helpful for them to post on their website (or anywhere other than the front door) that they are closed every Saturday except the fourth one of the month!

  Leaving one star due to being told I will have to pay $290 to be seen, I did not have the funds at that time and did not have my insurance information right then and there as I switched to a new position. I’ve told the admin this then I was then told I will be billed since I do have insurance but do not have it at the moment. after further discussion with the staff in the back (excluding myself), the admin came back to the front and informed me that I can not be seen. Blaming “Americas” health system on this when it’s not America’s fault. Planned Parenthood is to “help” women but they did not help me, she actually suggested that I reschedule while I was standing there, not even trying to work out this situation with me as I really needed to be seen by a health professional for an updated PAP.. just for her to throw the “cowabunga dude” finger at me.. like seriously!? I walked away sobbing, I even sobbed in front of her as she had no ideal how far I had to travel to get there, which was 30 minutes. I’ve rescheduled this appt many times, not because I wanted to but because I had to as I am a mother of two kids who requires 24 care due to their disabilities. I wish they would had actually helped, I’ve been a patient with this company for years but this location definitely rubbed me the wrong way and really made me feel really low today.. I’ve never dealt with a situation like this, being turned away, I’ve never been turned away at a regular GYN or doctors office, so I wonder how a system that was made to assist women is actually against helping women. Never again will I deal with Planned Parenthood at this location, horrible customer service. I do plan to take this situation to corporate, obviously this location needs to be investigated or properly trained on how to handle patients.

  these ladies are fantastic. i had trouble at first trying to schedule an appointment, but it was definitely worth the wait. they are welcoming, informative and incredibly inderstanding. everyone goes the extra mile without a second thought about it.
