Doesn’t know basic nursing terminology, how to take a blood pressure or set up meds! Doesn’t know side effects of Tylenol. Unprofessional over the phone! Caregiver’s sent if they sent one wouldn’t work or do anything on the care plan! Doesn’t deserve 1 star!
