- SCSara CrozierAug 13, 20251.0Updated: 9/23/25 - As you can see from the response from business owner they blame it on insurance billing. However, after looking at our bill they billed for two office visits, and we were never told it was an ESTIMATED cost depending on what insurance approved. Even though you give the front office person your insurance card upon arrival and they can determine what billing codes are sent and what aren't when checking on coverage. Do not recommend this provider unless you want surprise bills 4-6 months after your visit. This place tells you pricing after running your insurance and any discounts available on products they are currently marketing. Six months later you receive a bill for $600 more because they forgot to add something to the bill. When you call and talk to the office personnel she says she'll talk to doctor and get back to you then gives you this excuse of insurance didn't cover such and such. Why would I pay $1500 but leave $600 unpaid. You get insurance approval immediately and what is and isn't covered then try and rip people off. Now my husband's account was turned over to a collection agency.
