    Eric & Matt are doing too much. We don’t want a corporate wellness gym. We want our local CF back! And turn the lights back up. We don’t need mood lighting in the gym

    This gym has such a great energy. It’s clean, organized, and the people here are respectful and motivating without being over the top. I always leave feeling stronger and glad I showed up. Definitely one of the better gyms I’ve belonged to.

    Great experience without a doubt! Very helpful and dedicated staff. If they aren’t helping you up front then you’ll definitely see them around the gym always cleaning and making sure the equipment is safe to use!
