  Scheduled an appointment for 11am, arrived at the clinic at 10:45, all paperwork and forms already complete. Got checked in and was told to watch some informational videos and was given an information packet. After waiting for over an hour after this, another lady who had also been waiting, since 9am, went up to the desk to ask for an estimate on how long it would be and the front desk told her another 1-3 hours. How is it okay for a scheduled appointment to start six hours late, six hours after the time the appointment was scheduled for? Not just for one patient, but for multiple, all just sitting in the waiting room for hours, waiting for a procedure that takes 10-15 minutes? They didn’t call a single person out of the waiting room for almost three hours straight. The disorganization of this clinic makes me feel very uncomfortable, not somewhere I trust with my body or that they’re gonna take care of me, while I’m already in a very vulnerable state. The front desk lady slammed the glass closed after two people asked why it was going to take so long, or why they let people make appointments when they clearly have no staff available. On top of that, they won’t let you leave, as they take your money before telling you the appointment isn’t going to be anywhere near the scheduled time, but HOURS later instead. Extremely unprofessional, unpleasant experience. It is so unfortunate, considering they know this is one of three locations in the area that can provide this procedure, and seem to have absolutely no organization, or idea of what they’re doing.

  The ladies were so nice but that bald man has a nasty attitude, he kept trying to overcharge me for testing and got hostile with the girls up front (super unprofessional in my opinion). Thankfully the women actually looked and realized i had already paid for what he was trying to charge me for.

  The staff at this Planned Parenthood are incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, kind, caring and welcoming. I always recommend this location to anyone in need of their services, more so than any state or private care. Every single time I visit, they go above and beyond expectations of any other healthcare offices. The entire team—doctors, nurses, and support staff—are consistently helpful and professional. I always feel safe, supported, and respected whenever I’m there. Lastly, they always help me accommodate any bills I have to pay to them. THANK YOU PLANNED PARENTHOOD!!!
