- KRKatherine R1 day ago1.0When i came in there was one person ahead of me. The girl that checked me in was pleasant. They took back 4 people before getting to me. I was there for a little over 2 hours for a basic physical. I was to come with a full bladder-imagine having to wait while the staff talked about lunch orders, go back and forth about if they are going to bring or not, whisper etc while your sitting there having to pee. I have been to this site before but this experience was definitely different than before. When the doctor came in she did not wash her hands or use hand sanitizer. When she was done she was headed out and i asked about a part of the physical I thought I was supposed to have and she glanced at her sheet said the she didn't see it and walked out the room. Extremely rude!

The dr I was with was very straightforward and answered all questions. I always feel welcomed and taken care of each time I have visited and that is so helpful when dealing with an injury! Thank you to all the nurses and staff here!
