Appointments often feel rushed, and I leave without a clear understanding of what is going on with my child. At our most recent visit, my 3-year-old son was prescribed promethazine. After doing my own research, I learned there are important safety considerations with this medication for young children that were not discussed with me during the appointment. This is the kind of information I would expect a physician to proactively explain to ensure a child’s safety. I’m disappointed by the lack of communication and guidance, and it ultimately led me to seek care elsewhere.

The problem is the inconsistency with billing. We’re either told we don’t owe anything, or that we’ll be billed later even after I specifically asked not to be billed and to pay on site. Each time we try to pay, we’re told nothing is due, and then it turns into a mess weeks later. I understand they’re trying to streamline things with app check ins, which is great in theory, but the co-pay process clearly isn’t working within that system. That’s where the breakdown is, and it’s been the most frustrating part of an otherwise decent experience. If billing were handled more clearly and consistently, this place would be much easier to recommend.

They have an app that you can directly message your provider and ask questions or anything you might need! You can make appointments in the app and everything. But they have been taking a minute to get to my room and help us even when we show up early and on time! But they are still fantastic, they do great work, and I completely understand the wait!
