  Don't let any of the negative reviews deter you from coming here! Whole new staff and doctors, they were nothing but kind and patient towards me. Doctor Brittany helped me through everything and was so kind during the whole thing. If I could give more than five stars I would.

  Please do not let past negative reviews to prevent you from coming here. My experience at this location was nothing short of incredible. Each staff member was incredibly kind and patient. I went for an IUD removal after having a previous terrible experience with an OBGYN in the past with another removal. I voiced these concerns with the doctor and she made sure I was comfortable and addressed my concerns while being extremely patient and professional. The removal was a BREEZE this time, I actually was so pleasantly surprised how quick and painless it was vs my past experience with a previous doctor. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and that's even factoring in the paperwork I had to do before I was seen. The thing that topped off my good experience is this service costed me less without insurance than it does to be seen at the urgent care I will absolutely come back here if I need their services in the future!

  I will never forget the care I received at this Planned Parenthood location and I will always be grateful for it! After being dismissed by another clinic despite clearly abnormal symptoms, I came here hoping, honestly, for anything, a second opinion, a listening ear, some kind of help. What I got was real care. I was taken seriously from the moment I walked in. The provider didn’t brush me off or minimize my concerns unlike the Plaza location. They listened and examined and because they did, they found the exact issue I had suspected all along, something that had gone untreated for six weeks and was putting my health at serious risk. I left with relief, answers, and a plan, not confusion or shame. This staff didn’t just do their jobs, they went above and beyond. They were empathetic, thorough, and clearly committed. They even filed an internal report when they learned how I had been treated at the Plaza location. That kind of accountability and advocacy is rare and so needed!!! If you're nervous about speaking up for yourself, if you’ve been dismissed before, or if you're just scared and don’t know where to turn, come here. These are the kind of providers who truly care. And because of them, I got the help I needed before it was too late. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, especially to Dr Brittney and manager Rain. 🩷👏
