- LLLaWanda6 days ago1.0I was at the facility for a DOT Physical. I informed Dr. LANNY TURNER, I do not have HBP as my VA doctor would have me on HBP medication. However, he consistently tried to release me without any recourse; he was very rude and dismissive. Being that I refused to leave without getting what I came for, he stated I was very persistent, and would just turn and walk out the exam room without getting any medical advise or consults. The medical staff (non-physician) was very helpful indeed.

- CCChrisinkkedOct 29, 20252.0Went there for a work injury. The general staff are great and so is the physical therapy my issues are whith how disgusting that building is nobody cleans it properly. There's dirt and grime on almost all the surfaces there was still earwax on the equipment. The carpet behind the counter is black in the middle. Caked in dirt under the rolling chair in the exam room. Dirt on the walls the door handles broken medical equipment in the room it is inexcusable for a medical facility to operate like that.
