I told him I had bipolar disorder in medical history and Dr. Walton recorded in my medical record "F31.13 Bipolar disorder, current episode manic without psychotic features, severe." I am a counselor in training who is legally allowed to diagnose and this is MALPRACTICE because 1. I told him I have bipolar, 2. I was NOT symptomatic, and 3. I was certainly NOT qualifying as severe--which requires psychosis and major impairment. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
